Eligibility Criteria

To be sponsored by RSOG to attend a scientific conference, you need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Membership: Active member of RSOG (for Obstetricians and Gynecologists in Rwanda)
  2. Resident Student: Resident student in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Rwanda under the 4 by 4 project
  3. Relevance: Research should align with conference themes and Obstetrics and Gynecology
  4. Quality of Research: Demonstrate quality and significance within the field
  5. Impact: Conference should be prestigious and recognized
  6. Commitment: Share knowledge and insights gained with RSOG
  7. Professional Development: Contribute to your professional growth through CME credits and networking
  8. Presentation: Present abstract, speak, or participate in exhibition
  9. Report: Submit comprehensive conference report
  10. Acknowledgement: Acknowledge RSOG sponsorship in presentations
