To be sponsored by the RSOG (Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) to attend a scientific conference, you need to meet the following criteria and follow an application process:

1. Membership: You need to be an active member of RSOG (for Obstetricians and Gynecologists in Rwanda).
2. Resident student: Resident student in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Rwanda under the 4 by 4 project.
3. Relevance: Your research or area of study should align closely with the themes or focus of the conference and also with Obstetrics and Gynecology.
4. Quality of Research: Your research should demonstrate a certain level of quality and significance within the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
5. Impact: The conference you intend to attend should be prestigious or recognized within Obstetrics and Gynecology, ensuring that your participation will have a meaningful impact.
6. Commitment: Your commitment to sharing knowledge and insights gained from the conference to RSOG.
7. Professional Development: Attendance at the conference should contribute to your professional development, through opportunities such as continuing medical education (CME) credits, workshops, hands-on training, and networking with peers and experts in the field.
8. Abstract presentation/Speaker/Exhibition: It’s strongly recommended that you present an abstract, speak, or participate in the exhibition during the conference.
9. Report and Feedback: Submit a comprehensive report detailing the conference proceedings, including credits earned, networking activities undertaken, and insights gained from the sessions attended.
10. Acknowledgement: You should acknowledge the sponsorship from RSOG in your research paper, presentation, or exhibition.

To apply for sponsorship, you need to submit an application that includes details about your research, the conference you plan to attend, a budget outlining expenses, and a letter of recommendation or support from your supervisor.
